Exchanges
Items can be exchanged within 14 business days of receiving your order. Exchange methods include:
• Pickup with a courier (30 NIS) – payment link will be sent by email
• Self-pickup at the warehouse: 4 Hamsger Street, Raanana
• Exchange at the store: 33 Ussishkin Street, Ramat Hasharon
Exchanges (home delivery or self-pickup from the warehouse) :

Choose your preferred exchange method:
• Delivery with courier – 30 NIS
• Self-pickup from the warehouse – free of charge
Important: When exchanging with a courier, you will be sent an email requesting payment for the courier. Only after payment has been made will we be able to see and make the exchange .
Making a payment for an exchange will constitute confirmation of the correctness of the items appearing in it. After payment, no changes can be made to the contents of the exchange until it arrives at the customer's home. Additional exchanges by courier will be made for a fee for additional courier.
For exchanges with a courier: In order to receive the new items, you must give the courier the items you wish to exchange. .
For self-pickup exchanges: You will receive a notification when your new items are ready for pickup. Please bring the original items with you when collecting the new ones. Exchanges cannot be completed without the returned items.
Gift Exchanges:

Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 business days from the date you received your order. Return methods include:
• Pickup with a courier – 30 NIS. Payment link will be sent by email.
• Self-pickup at the warehouse: 4 Hamsger Street, Raanana
• Return in store: 33 Ussishkin Street, Ramat Hasharon
Returns (via courier or upon arrival at the warehouse):
To start the return process, click the "Hey, need help" button at the bottom of the page.
Choose between:
• Pickup with a courier (30 NIS) – payment link will be sent by email
• Arrival at the warehouse (free)
Important:
• Returns with courier will only be processed after payment of shipping fees.
• Upon returning to the warehouse, you will receive a message confirming that you can reach the warehouse. Do not arrive before receiving this message.
• Only items marked for return should be brought in. The structure of the request cannot be changed once it has been approved.
Cancelling Transactions

Cancellation Options:
Refund : The refund will be processed minus a cancellation fee (5% of the total purchase or 100 ILS, whichever is lower).
* For in-store purchases, refunds are available within 2 business days. After this period, you will receive a store credit instead.
Gift Card: You may opt to receive the full amount as a gift card, valid for two years, redeemable online or in-store.
It should be noted and clarified that:
For purchases made with vouchers such as BuyMe, HiTechZone... your refund will be given in the form of a gift card, valid to be used online or instore.
Returned items must be in their original condition: unused, unwashed, with all original labels and in their original packaging.
In-store returns/exchanges:
• Product availability is subject to current inventory.
• If you choose store credit – it can be used in the store or online.
• Refunds for in-store purchases are processed immediately if conditions are met, minus 5%.
• Refunds for online purchases will be processed within 14 business days, minus 5%.
Final clarifications:
• Refunds, exchanges, or store credit will be issued only for the amount originally paid for the item.
• All return/exchange rights are subject to our website’s terms and the Israeli Consumer Protection Law (5741–1981).
