What payment methods do Bina and Bina Rza accept?
We accept payments by Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, American Express, Bayami vouchers and HitCzone.

Will I be charged VAT?
Yes, but VAT is already included in the price of the product.

How much does shipping cost?
There are three shipping options:
1) Free shipping for orders over ₪299

2) ₪30 shipping cost for orders under ₪299

3) Self-pickup (free) - Ussishkin 33, Ramat Hasharon

Delivery takes between 2-5 business days. Orders to remote areas: Golan Heights and Northern border / Arab sector locations / Jordan valley settlements / localities beyond the Green Line / Eilat / Dead Sea and Arava settlements may take up to 7 business days to arrive.

Orders placed by 12:00 will be picked by our courier on the same day, otherwise they will go out the next day.

How do I know when my order has shipped?
We will send an email confirming your order. If you have any questions about the order, you can send us an email to info@binaandbino.com address or call 074-7940845 and we will answer as soon as possible!

Is it possible to make deliveries outside Israel?
The delivery service is only carried out within Israel.

We hope you like and are satisfied with our products. Is my credit card information secure?
Absolutely. All transactions are secure and encrypted. We do not store any payment information.

Can my personal information be published?
No. All personal information used in the checkout process is private and secure. We ask for your email address so we can keep up to date with our news and updates. If you no longer wish to receive updates from us, you can withdraw your consent. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information.

Can I add a gift card message to my order?
Absolutely! All our ready-made gift boxes come with a free greeting card. Please make sure to include your gift message in the cart page.

My order is a gift. I don't want the price to appear and no receipt to be attached.
Don't worry! We never include receipts with the shipment. The receipt will only be emailed to the person who placed the order.

Can I purchase different gift boxes for multiple destinations in one order?
A separate reservation must be made for each destination.

I received the package I ordered but one item is damaged. What can I do?
We pack all our products very carefully to prevent damage during shipping, but unfortunately this can happen sometimes. If one of the products arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, along with photographs of the defective item. We cannot guarantee exchanges or credits for items not reported as defective after 7 business days from the date of receipt of delivery.

I made a mistake in my reservation. Can I amend my order?
Please carefully check the details of the order before sending it – shipping address, sizing, telephone numbers, etc. We will do our best to accommodate the change of order, if we have not yet sent it. If there is a mistake, please send us an email and we will try to help as much as possible info@binaandbino.com

How can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel a transaction, please contact us by email at info@binaandbino.com. If you wish to cancel your order after the shipment has been delivered to the courier company, you will be charged a shipping fee of 30 NIS.
