You can cancel a transaction made on the website or instore, by notifying us in  one of the following ways:

  • By phone: 074-7940845, Sunday-Thursday, between 9:30 AM and 6:00 PM.
  • By sending a WhatsApp message to our Customer Service: 052-501-5022
  • By email: info@binaandbino.com
  • At the store at 33 Ussishkin Street, Ramat Hasharon.
  • Online: By sending through a cancellation notification form that appears below and is also available on the "Cancelling Transactions" page on the footer of the website.

Returning an order made online: The company will refund the customer, within 14 business days, from the date of receipt of the order, the amount paid when the transaction was made. The products can be returned by the convenience of a courier pickup, at a cost of ₪30, or they can be brought back to the store for free. To receive the refund, you can choose between two options:

Credit to your original payment method: Will be calculated minus a cancellation fee of 5% of the order price or 100 NIS, whichever is lower.

Gift Card: The purchase amount will be refunded in full in the form of a gift card, valid for two years. It can be redeemed on the website or in store.

Return of a shipment purchased in a store: The company will refund the customer, within 2 business days of receiving the products, the amount paid at the time of the transaction. The products can be returned by courier to the home for a cost of 30 NIS or upon arrival at the store for free. You can choose between two options:

Credit to your original payment method: Will be calculated minus a cancellation fee of 5% of the order price or 100 NIS, whichever is lower.

Gift Card: The purchase amount will be refunded in full in the form of a gift card, valid for two years. It can be redeemed on the website or in store.

For purchases made with vouchers such as BuyMe, HiTechZone... your refund will be given in the form of a gift card, valid to be used online or instore.
